Senior Project Officer (Palliative Care)
GCPHN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Officer to join their team on a full-time contract basis until 30 December 2018, with the strong possibility of extension till June 2020.
As a Senior Project Officer, your ultimate responsibility will be to support the development of needs assessment and a regional plan for Palliative Care in the Gold Coast region.
GCPHN is seeking candidates with demonstrated experience working with government services and community sectors. Strong project/contract management skills, including the ability to prioritise actions, influence, negotiate, and engage positively with stakeholders to achieve improved outcomes, will be essential to your success. Experience with, or knowledge of Palliative Care and RACF will also be important.
Needs assessment and stakeholder engagement, in addition to your ability to communicate and work collaboratively to achieve organisational and program-specific goals will be key. As will a proven record of developing systems and frameworks the support implementation of quality services.
