Speech Pathology Fluency Outpatient Service

The Gold Coast Health Speech Pathology Department at Robina Hospital offers fluency assessment and treatment for adults who stutter. This includes stuttering of both an acquired and developmental nature. Individual sessions and monthly group treatment sessions are available. There is no financial cost for the service if patients are Medicare eligible.

The Fluency service is available for patients who are over 18 years of age, have chronic or acquired stuttering disorders and are able to attend centre-based appointments. Patients are able to self-refer to the service. Alternatively, GPs can fax referrals to 07 5668 6685. Referrals should be addressed to Mr Greg Chiapello; Speech Pathology Fluency Outpatient Clinic; Robina Hospital.
If you require additional information, Greg can be contacted by phone (07 5668 5969) or email
