Smartphone health app prescription study seeking GPs

14/09/2018

Bond university researcher Dr. Oyuka Byambasuren is looking for GPs who work more than two days a week to take part in a novel study.

Dr Byambasuren has been researching the effectiveness of smartphone health apps, and their usability in primary care.

GPs who would like to take part will be asked to offer the apps to suitable patients over a four month period and Dr Byambasuren will collect the prescription page numbers monthly by SMS or email.

There will be a five minute video to watch at the two-month mark and a 10-minute exit interview (face-to-face or phone) at the end of the study.

For further information, please contact Oyuka Byambasuren on obyambas@bond.edu.au.
