GCPHN seeking GP for GCH Clinical Handover Committee

Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is seeking a GP to be a member of the Gold Coast Health (GCH) Clinical Handover committee. 
 
The purpose of the Committee is to improve the communication and transfer of clinical information to GPs in order to facilitate effective and safe patient-care.
 
The GP member of this committee will be responsible for providing a GP perspective to GCH, ensuring that discharge information provide back to GPs meets best practice standards. The GP will be remunerated at $167/ hr for the duration of the one-hour meeting. View the Terms of Reference here
 
Monthly meetings will be held on the third (3rd) Wednesday of the month at Gold Coast University Hospital, 1-2pm. Three of the twelve yearly meetings will be held at Robina Hospital.
