The Hub is our community-based drop-in centre. It’s a fun, engaging and safe space designed for people who are experiencing mental health issues and need support.
It’s a place to go after hours and find non-urgent, face-to-face support from a social worker or specialised mental health care nurse on-site.
The Varsity Lakes Community Resource Centre provides a free information and referral service as well as a number of activities for community members, including a walking group, aerobics, health ventures (low impact exercise class for seniors), seniors fun and friendship day, knitting group, card making, folk art, stamping and a free weekly communit. . .
