Beyond Blue
A nationwide service for anyone who needs to talk about difficulties or concerns (big or small) going on in your life. Phone support 24/7, online chat 7 days/week between 3.00pm – midnight, email support and online forums are also available.

Telephone crisis support service available 24/7 from a landline, payphone or mobile for anyone across Australia thinking about suicide or experiencing a personal crisis.
Also, crisis support online chat is available 7 days/week between 7.00pm – midnight AEST.

National telephone and online support, information and referral service available 24/7 for men with family and relationship concerns. The service is available from anywhere in Australia and is staffed by professional counsellors, experienced in men’s mental health, anger management, family violence (using and experiencing), substance abuse, healthy relationships and integrated wellbeing.

Free phone counselling 24/7 for children and young people aged 5–25.
