CommunityHealth and Wellbeing Groups

Free health and wellbeing groups

Gold Coast residents have an opportunity to attend health and wellbeing groups, to support individuals with the wellness tools for balanced, social, emotional and mental wellbeing.

These free, small groups explore techniques for stress management, mindfulness, motivation and positive relationships and the importance of social connection.

The programs are run by professionals in a safe and supportive environment and are for residents who are experiencing mild depression and/or anxiety. Referral is not needed.
