The Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is working together with health care providers and the community to build a world class health system for the Gold Coast. We engage with, and support, general practice as the cornerstone of primary health care.
General practice is a highly valued partner and we continue to work together to improve services for our community. To do this, we need to better understand general practice in our region so that we can effectively engage with clinicians and staff.
The General Practice Profile provides a data snapshot, including information on workforce accessibility and affordability. We intend this to form a basis for further developing a common understanding of general practice within our region.
Gold Coast Health and Gold Coast Primary Health Network have worked together to collate and analyse up to date information about Health and Wellbeing on the Gold Coast.
The Gold Coast Population Health Profile 2015 contains population statistics for Gold Coast statistical local areas and an overview of the health and wellbeing of Gold Coast residents. It is acknowledged that this is the first edition of the shared Population Health Profile, therefore any and all feedback regarding its useability or content are welcome.
